Heme or non-heme iron in "P_ID_10977"?

The "P_ID_10977 "e uses the non-heme form.

The source of heme iron is only animal products, making it unavailable to vegans. In addition, the process of producing heme iron (most often from animal blood) is complex in terms of maintaining stable concentrations of elemental iron.

 

The valence of iron in a product?

Divalent (bisglycinate) This combination provides maximum bioavailability (absorption) with minimal gastrointestinal side effects, making iron bisglycinate one of the most preferred forms for rapid iron deficiency supplementation.

The heat treatment of foods removes up to 80% of oxalates. Beetroot juice extract undergoes high-temperature hydrolysis, guaranteeing complete absence of oxalates.

Iron Bisglycinate - "smart" and maximally bioavailable form of iron safe for the GI tract. It is the only form that effectively reverses iron deficiency in patients with celiac disease through a dual absorption mechanism. Even with increased bioavailability, iron bisglycinate is safe. Absorption is controlled by the body's iron stores, with larger amounts usually absorbed by people with lower iron status.

Chlorella contains 100-120 mg of non-heme iron per 100 grams of product. Iron is part of the protein structures of chlorella, so it is absorbed almost completely. Chlorella contains B vitamins (especially B9, B12), vitamin C, which contribute to the absorption and effective use of iron by the body.

Cell sap of fir not only enriches the body with iron, but also has bactericidal properties, and its absorption is regulated by the needs of the body itself. The iron in fir cell sap is contained in a unique complex "iron + maltol".

The chelate form "iron-maltol" is absorbed in the intestine through special, independent pathways.

It does not need vitamin C for preliminary reduction from Fe³⁺ to Fe²⁺, as the complex itself is efficiently absorbed.

The dual function of maltol: transport and antioxidant protection

Transport "capsule": maltol safely "packages" iron, protecting it from interaction with absorption inhibitors in food (phytates, tannins). It safely delivers iron to the intestinal walls for further absorption.

Powerful antioxidant: Maltol itself is a strong antioxidant. It is able to bind free radicals and protect cell membranes from damage. Maltol has bactericidal and antifungal properties.

Beetroot juice is a valuable natural remedy for maintaining and increasing iron and haemoglobin levels and acts as an independent source of iron and folic acid.

Vitamin B9 is present in the rare form of L-methylfolate. It is the active form of vitamin B9 (folic acid) that the body can use immediately without additional conversion, which is especially important for people with genetic mutations (e.g., MTHFR) that impair the conversion of folic acid to the active form.
 

Vitamins C, B3, B6, B12, as well as manganese, copper and XBi-A bioavailability enhancement complex promote efficient and safe iron absorption.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to individual components of the product, pregnancy, breastfeeding.

Storage Conditions: store in a dry place in the original closed packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
